Returns & Refunds
What items are non-refundable?
• Free gifts or promotional items
• Damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• An item in good condition that falls within shelf-life requirements that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 2-10 business days.
Damaged in Shipment/ Missing Items
Be sure to inspect your product once you receive it. Any damage from shipping or missing order must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of the product. Freight shipments must be inspected upon delivery. If a package looks damaged in any way as a result of the shipping process, please contact our Customer Care team right away at email@example.com.
If you receive your product and it has been damaged during shipment, please email us at Wholesale@maryruthorganics.com within 7 days of delivery. Include a description of the damages and include pictures. This information is extremely helpful to us in making sure that our products are packaged and shipped properly. We will arrange for the damaged or missing products to be replaced.
Products with a short expiration date
Our policy is to send products with at least 6 months shelf life from when you receive the product. However, If you receive a product with an expiration date of less than 6 months, please reach out to our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt of your product.
Exchanges are made on a case-by-case basis. If you placed an order for a wrong item or if you would like to exchange your order, please contact our Customer Care team at email@example.com.
Late or missing refunds:
If you have been notified that your refund has been processed, however, you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company, it may take 3-5 business days before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
