How long will it take for my order to ship?

We ship most in-stock orders within 48 - 72 hours. However, our commitment is to ship ground orders within 48 hours of your order being placed (assuming items are in stock). If it is critical that a ground order be processed quickly, please e-mail us. We will try to accommodate you. Slower order processing occurs sometimes when items are back-ordered, or there are other unexpected inbound shipping delays.


How long will it take for my order to arrive, once it ships?

On average, you will need to wait 6-8 days to allow for shipping and transport. 


What are the shipping options?

Most orders ship via FedEx Ground or FedEx SmartPost. 


What are the shipping fees?

Shipping is free for wholesale orders of $250 or more. 


How can I track my shipment?

You can track your shipment on the My Account page in your recent purchases. Find the order you want to track, and then copy the tracking link into the FedEx tracker here -  https://www.fedex.com/

How do I check the status of my order?

Once you complete your order, you'll receive an email confirming that the order has been received. You will receive a follow up email once your order ships. The email includes the order tracking number.

  •  To check your order status, go to the My Account page under transaction history. 


Where can I view my invoice?

You can find your order invoices on the My Account page in your wholesale account. 

To view an order invoice:

  1. Click into the billing section on the left panel and click invoices. 
  2. Select the invoice you want to view. A PDF version of the invoice is available for download.

What should I do if I have not received my tracking information?
