Suggested Use: This product was made for ages 4 and up. Shake well before use. Take directly by mouth or add to juice. Use the following chart to assess dosage.

- Lactation: 115 mg = 153 drops
19+ Years:
- Male: 90 mg = 120 drops
- Female: 75 mg = 100 drops
- Pregnancy: 85 mg = 113 drops
- Lactation: 120 mg = 160 drops
1 pump typically fills the dropper about 1/2 of the way.
